1. The "15% Cashback" promotion will be available one (1) time per eligible player (valid only for customers who received this offer via email directly from Rivalo. Forwarded messages do not make recipients eligible to participate in this promotion).

2. To be eligible for the Cashback, the user must play any of the participating games during the promotion period.

3. The participating games are:

4. Any bet placed outside the promotional period will not be entitled to this offer.

5. The user will receive a 15% Cashback on net losses (bets minus winnings), from EUR 2 (Two euros) - up to a maximum of EUR 200 or currency equivalent if applicable.

6. If the total Cashback calculated for a user is greater than the maximum indicated above, the maximum value indicated above will be paid.

7. The bonus is NOT transferable.

8. The bonus is available for users from the following countries: Brasil, Argentina, Chile, México and Perú.

9.This cashback is only available one (1) time per person, place of residence, family, address (postal IP), email, and player account.

10. The Cashback will be credited as cash to the user's account within 3 days after the end of the promotion

11. The payment of the Cashback is entirely and completely at the discretion of Rivalo Casino.

12. Rivalo reserves the right not to award cashback to players who have engaged in suspicious or fraudulent activity that violates the company's policies and terms and conditions.

13. If an existing user has multiple accounts or registers a new account, Rivalo reserves the right to subsequently cancel any winnings derived from this activity.

14. In the event that there is suspicion that the user has broken or failed to comply with one or more of the conditions of this offer, Rivalo reserves the right to cancel the Cashback and resulting winnings at any time, in case any of the aforementioned conditions are not fully met.

15. Rivalo Casino reserves the right to modify or cancel the type and duration of any promotional activity at any time.

16. In case of doubt, Rivalo reserves the right to request proof of identity, so that the information provided can be corroborated before approving the payment of a withdrawal request of the winnings.
